The Kidsgear website is an online marketplace intended for people who reside in New Zealand only. If you do not reside in New Zealand, please do not list or attempt to purchase any items.
The terms of use are the terms by which Kidsgear offers you access to the website. By using the services offered on the Kidsgear website you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue to use this website.
Kidsgear may amend these terms of use from time to time, and the onus is on you, as a user of our service, to be familiar with these, and they are available on the website to peruse at any time. Continued use of our service will signify your acceptance of the terms of use.
The Kidsgear website is available simply as a central location for members to purchase and sell their items “listings” or services. Members use the website at their own risk, and all arrangements made between members are the responsibility of those members alone. By registering with Kidsgear, you may occasionally receive online communications from Kidsgear. You can fully control your ability to receive or not receive these communications by replying to our e-mails with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.
Your member login to the Kidsgear website is your responsibility. Please do not disclose any of your login details to any other person.
